Herbed Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 16oz. frozen local carrots

  • 1/4 c. local honey

  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter

  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Empty the carrots into a medium sized baking dish. The carrots can be left frozen.

  • Drizzle the honey over the frozen carrots.

  • Divide the unsalted butter into 4 sections and place into the baking dish.

  • Evenly sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the carrots.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Bake the carrots, uncovered, for 20 minutes until carrots have been cooked fully and the glaze is bubbly.

  • Stir carrots to ensure the glaze is evenly incorporated. Serve hot with your favorite dish.
