Herbed Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
16oz. frozen local carrots
1/4 c. local honey
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
Empty the carrots into a medium sized baking dish. The carrots can be left frozen.
Drizzle the honey over the frozen carrots.
Divide the unsalted butter into 4 sections and place into the baking dish.
Evenly sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the carrots.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the carrots, uncovered, for 20 minutes until carrots have been cooked fully and the glaze is bubbly.
Stir carrots to ensure the glaze is evenly incorporated. Serve hot with your favorite dish.
