No-Fail CrockPot Roasted rabbit

Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit, approximately 2.5lbs, whole

  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

  • Place whole, defrosted rabbit in the crockpot.

  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, dried, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika.

  • Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the rabbit, ensuring to cover both sides.

  • Pour the chicken or vegetable stock into the crockpot.

  • Cook the rabbit on low heat for 8 hours or until fork tender. Serve hot.
