No-Fail CrockPot Roasted rabbit

Ingredients
1 rabbit, approximately 2.5lbs, whole
1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions
Place whole, defrosted rabbit in the crockpot.
In a small bowl, mix together the salt, dried, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the rabbit, ensuring to cover both sides.
Pour the chicken or vegetable stock into the crockpot.
Cook the rabbit on low heat for 8 hours or until fork tender. Serve hot.
